I purchased the software a year and a half ago and it works perfectly fine actually it saved my butt a few times, because I have close to 11,000 songs on my itunes library. It's crazy and i would have lost most of it if it wasn't for this program (my computer crashed a few times). I don't care what other people say about it. It works and that is good enough for me. By the way it takes a day for them to respond back to me with support about anything.
